i found two issues . the room was close to the bar, SO the music was loud at night. it was hard to sleep before the bar closed, which wasn't ideal. also, the staff did not refill the complimentary water after the first night. it was a small thing, but still annoying.

the staff were helpful in every way. rooms are charming, full of character, and so clean. location is ideal for shopping, yet it remains quiet since it is tucked away on a little side street.

the hotel did not feature a desk in my room, i had to use the oversized end table.
